What you do when you have been invited to numerous CNY gatherings?

Happy Chinese New Year to all :))

And you dont want to attend most of it?

Would people's feelings get hurt?
For sure right?

I imagine if I'm doing the inviting myself, & how I'll feel when people turn down 'my' invitation. 
Sigh... guess I'll just have to attend all of them & so no time to rest.
Just wish some of them would change their minds. Crossing my fingers now:))
